McCall, Idaho real estate is one of the hottest investment opportunities in the Pacific Northwest at present.  This once sleepy, backwoods town has been discovered by both the rich and the famous.  If celebrities are buying up property you can bet it's more than just a decent investment.   McCall has been labeled the new 'Sun Valley.'

Good investment aside, McCall is an excellent place to live. A ski and summer resort community nestled on the shores of Payette Lake, McCall is just a two-hour drive north of Boise. It began as a timber town and is now known as one of Idaho's most popular winter-summer resort towns.

For alpine skiing and snow boarding it is home to Brundage Mountain Resort and Tamarack Resort. If you’re a Nordic skier you will be ecstatic with 100’s of kilometers to choose from at Ponderosa State Park, Jug Mountain Ranch or Tamarack Resort. If golf is your game there are 5 golf courses within 30 minutes of downtown McCall. McCall Public Course, Meadow Creek Course, Jug Mountain Ranch, The Whitetail Club and Tamarack Resort’s Robert Trent Jones Course offer play from May to October. McCall is surrounded by thousands of acres of US Forest Land.
